Sometimes you are dealt a bad hand, and sometimes you get dealt a royal flush. Seth Gladstein and his firm were, and are my royal flush. A little over a year ago I was involved in a motor vehicle accident (rear ended by a distracted driver), totaling my vehicle and breaking a bone in my left foot in the process. I contacted my lawyer and after a bit of communication discovered that the vehicle that struck me, the owner was a client of his firm so he could not represent me. I then asked a good friend for a recommendation and she gave me Seth's name. BEST recommendation ever. A major reason to hire a lawyer is to have someone that will look out for your best interest, and at no time did I ever get the feeling that he was doing anything other than that. To say that he and his paralegal (Barbi, she deserves a raise!) made sure that every i was dotted and every t was crossed doesn't seem strong enough an expression to say how thorough they were. Communication was never an issue, either he or his paralegal returned my calls promptly or returned emails quickly, And I was always in the loop of what was going on, and how things were progressing, I was never in the dark. And, to his, and your benefit he is not a high volume attorney. In other words, your case won't get lost in the shuffle and will get the attention that a client deserves. To say that I wholeheartedly recommend his firm seems an understatement. I cannot thank him and his paralegal enough for being my advocate, and I feel that you can not do better or make a wiser choice than to give him the opportunity to assist you.

I was in a crash on a Tarc at the beginning on the year and had some minor injuries. Majority of my injuries stemmed from mental/emotional from having a front row seat to the chaos. I knew that I was going to need a lawyer and I did not want one of those "show" lawyers that you see on commercials. A quick Google search brought me to the Gladstein Firm and I am very glad to have read the reviews. I wanted a more personal experience with my case and to not feel like just another number. At Gladstein, I was connected to Barbi who works nonstop on your case. She has a beautiful spirit and you can tell that she really cares to help you and listen to your concerns. My case was settled within (8) months and that is all thanks to Barbi. Thank you Barbi, you really were a godsend for me in this case.

Gladstein's law office made an extremely complex billing issue into a stress-free experience for me. My personal injury claim involved three different health insurance policies (old job, new job from 2017 and new insurance for 2018) making incorrect payments toward my medical expenses, which were supposed to be covered by the auto insurance. Barbi fixed it all and made sure the right policy paid for each expense. The settlement was a good outcome for us, but more importantly, I didn't have a mountain of complicated paperwork, phone calls, and errands while I was recovering from severe injuries. I highly recommend Gladstein's law office if you ever have a personal injury claim.

Excellent outcome. My only regret is not contacting them earlier as they were willing to deal with my insurance company so I wouldn't have to. Mrs. Barbi is a godsend!

Mr. Gladstein does a great job. This is the second case I've had at their law firm and they treat you like gold. Barbi who works there is an amazing resource of knowledge and is so organized, I don't know how she does it! Emails and calls are always answered quickly and fully, I just couldn't be happier.
