Final closing disclosure at the closing did not match the one that was provided to our realtor prior to our sell. Our realtor was also told not to attend closing due to covid-19 restrictions, but a guest of the buyer who was not on the transaction was present. There were also 6 people in a small room during the closing. No masks, no gloves, no ability to social distance.
