English Law Group is where I closed on my mortgage-during the COVID-19 pandemic. This firm is fantastic, they were clean, I had a brand new pen to sign with, they allowed minimum people in their firm during the process and did a fantastic job making me feel safe during such a big time in my life. In addition this group has a cute firm, are well informed on everything I signed, and are very nice. I definitely recommend them!

Documents incorrectly identified my name. Despite several requests to correct it, the payoff check STILL had my name wrong. Staff were on the phone complaining about other staff in front of us while we waited in the waiting room. The closing person literally walked in and did the closing with his coat on, then cursed in our presence when it was pointed out (multiple times) that the name was incorrect. Just really unprofessional. In the end, everything is done, but it wasn't a good feeling wondering if anything else was done incorrectly that I didn't catch.
