Tate represented me after a car accident left me with injuries - not the kind that are obvious like broken bones, but neck and shoulder pain that lasted years. He fought hard for me with the insurance companies to get me a fair settlement and took time to explain the process to me in a way I could understand. I highly recommend him.

I recently had a near death experience from falling in a slippery shower and dealing with homeowner’s insurance claim. I’ve known Tate since childhood and the consultation he presented to me was overwhelmingly informative. He’s phenomenal providing various scenarios that could occur in any case particularly mine and it’s very nice to have an attorney that communicates well and responds promptly to inquiries. We had a terrible case that may or may not of been settled in the best way. Then came along Tony colyer Someone who cares not only about winning a case but making sure you get the best help you need. He is willing to make sure you get back to your highest level of function and will get you exactly what you deserve. I definitely recommend his services for anyone whom may need to file a law suit. Great job tony and Rachel I couldn’t of made a better choice!

I was injured on the job and was broken both physically and mentally. I didn't know who to turn to for guidance. Thankfully a friend recommended I seek the council of Tate Meagher.
