Mr Gile Has Been My Attorney On 3 Different Cases. He always very detailed with me on all discussions between him and the insurance company good or bad. He has always fought for me to get proper help and payouts. When Mr Gile is out or busy his assistant stayed in touch with me and kept me updated. I will and have referred him to others. Hopefully I won’t need him again but if I’m ever in another accident he is my only choice

I was involved in a crash that resulted in injury to me. I received mail from several law firms, but Merk and Gile was the one I kept. Even though I didn’t call for a year after the injury, Eric was the one who returned my call. He explained everything thoroughly to me and went to work on my case, and got me the settlement I wanted. I chose this Firm due to their reviews and I can tell you they are better than advertised. Eric and Chloe are absolutely amazing to work with. I work two full time jobs and these guys were able to do everything via phone and email to keep me from having to miss any work. My settlement was better than expected and I could not be more pleased.
