Kevin Weiss and Joel Franklin were more than helpful during my case and succeeded in coming to a very quick conclusion. Both of them were very diligent and quick to respond to all of my inquiries. Top notch service!

Follow up Make sure you read contract and you are paid up with Waterman. I was 1 1/2 month behind on my retainer because I already paid him 7.5k. He only sent me one bill and that's it. He had a sheriff deliver a summon to my place. Unacceptable. He was upset because I told the truth of how I was represented. No warning before he does it. You will even have to pay the attoney that file it. Did nothing for my case! follow up to Waterman's (H2Oman) reply. I was very nice to everyone in that firm. I never said a bad thing to them. Only thing I did was question his Lawyer associate about why we didnt go to court if they knew it would end this case. I did everything they told me to do. They were the ones that never follwed up with motions until I asked them to 2-3 months later. Their reply is unbelievable from a attoney. They withdrew because they dont like to be questioned on their work ethics. I would never be rude and inappropriate. I just ask for better communication. Thanks Nov: I don't write alot of review, but when I get really bad service I feel that I need to. I hired Louis Waterman as my Attoney back in July of 2018 regarding my divorce. When I first met him it sounded promising that my divorce would be final in no time. Well, that wasn't the case. During that time I had motions that were put in at the beginning and nothing was ever done until 4 months later when I ask why the motion wasn't filed they decided to check on it. when they checked it got signed by the judge. Waterman and his associate ignored any of my requst in a timely matter. When they would react it would be weeks later. His associate spoke to me on the phone and never said we need to keep the court date. She said that She knew her attorney and he might be able to get her to settle. I questioned her on not going to court and she said court can be very expensive, but also her Attoney can cost alot to if she puts in motions. She decided to reschedule, because she didn't tell me that this divorce could be over if we went to court and let the Judge decide. She kept moving toward her new Attoney. I dont know the law that's why I hiring them to help me. Now that she didn't tell me we need to go to court and it has been pushed off for another 3-6 months. I have all ready paid him $7k and they did nothing for me. I decided to question Waterman's Attoney about not saying we need to go to court. Her reply back was that she did say that. she never did and that's what make me so mad. So I sent her a non negative email explaining are phone conversation and stated at the end of the email that we need to do emails only and if we need to talk on the phone that it needs to be recorded that way there is no miscommunication going forward. Waterman later sent me a email back saying that I was disrespecting his associate by saying I would like the phone calls to be recorded to prevent miscommunication. So then I got another email saying that he is going to withdraw from my case since I wasn't happy with what they were doing. What lawyer drops their client  after taking $7,000 in 4 months and his client is just asking question why things are not getting done. I do not recommend Waterman and his associates if you want a quick result in a divorce. He is also $375 a hour. You would think his team would be more aggressive to get the job done. Also if you consult with him and you decide to hire him he will charge you. He had me in his office for a 1 1/2 and never told me if I decided to hire him I would be charged for the initial consultation. There was no reason for me to be in his office that long. He just kept me in there talking about things that he could have got from my previous Lawyer. He will tell you that he work for you multiple time. He will drop you quickly to if you question him or his associates.  It cost me over $500 before I hired him. After I question him about it he said he would have not charged me if I didn't hire him. Heads up would have been nice...Theres alot of Attoneys out there that won't charge for a consultation. Very Disappointed.

When I first met Justin Key I was a very scared angry woman who had been in a very abusive marriage. Needless to say I wasn’t quite ready to trust anyone. Justin was very patient with me and in a short time I came to thoroughly trust him. He knows the laws and how the court system works. Due to unrealistic and hostile expectations by the opposing party in the divorce Justin was always prepared to counter and project what was the truth and what was fair. Now that the divorce is over I finally have a peaceful life thanks to Justin Key and his team.

I had a very tramatic workplace injury. I am absolutely ecstatic with the way Kevin Weis handled my case. From being unsure if had a feasible suit to winning the dispute with a reward that was much more than I had anticipated. Mr Weis was extremely through in his research, finding expert witnesses, blunt in his opinion of our chances, honest in communicating his progress and was always well prepared for any meeting or filing.
