I would give 10 stars if I could. This office has gone above and beyond to help our family. I’m so thankful of all the hard work everyone here has put in to our case to come to a conclusion that’s not only what I was aiming for but what’s best for my child. I couldn’t be more appreciative of the support I’ve gotten throughout this ordeal. Namely, Wendy for always being an ear to listen, Abbey for listening extensively and making sure everything was covered, and Mr. Troy Demuth for being the advocate that was desperately needed for myself and my child. I know much more went on in the background and I appreciate the bodies that were busy at work at their computers as well. Thank you so, so much for being a firm that gets the work done but also who puts their heart into the work they do. I’ll be referring to anyone in need of a family law attorney. My experience with Kelli Brown and her Team at Goldberg Simpson was extraordinary. I felt valued and protected by Kelli and Christina Norris, and Valerie Crowell. Unfortunately, I could never recommend Goldberg Simpson for will/estate planning preparation with a clear conscience. If you are an extremely knowledgeable legal professional and are comfortable with reviewing lengthy, complex documents independently, then you will have no issues working with the firm. However, if you are seeking legal advice and expecting the attorney to represent you and clearly explain the documents, then please save yourself time and seek legal advice elsewhere. Within hours of signing our new wills, it was determined that a significant issue had not been addressed. I immediately reached out to the attorney. Instead of offering possibilities to resolve the issue, I was directed to a paper diagram that I had been expected to follow. Additionally, I was instructed that to “correct” the issue, I would need to make an additional payment. When refused, the response from the firm was to terminate the attorney/client relationship. The attorneys at Goldberg Simpson certainly have technical expertise, but they are lacking in their ability to listen to their client’s needs and ensuring those needs are met.

I’ve been around Caitlin Kidd for nearly a year now. I have answered some questions for some of her clients when applicable. One thing that is so apparent when working with Caitlin is just how much she enjoys her job. She truly has her clients best interest at heart. A true professional and, I’m sure, a great asset for Goldberg Simpson.
