Wow is all I can say. From the hand holding, the “therapy” sessions, listening to what I wanted, going back and forth, and fighting for me when I didn’t even want to fight for myself, Caitlin and Hailie are outstanding. They asked me what i wanted and stuck to it. They were prepared and ready for whatever was thrown at them and a quick call or email away. I couldn’t have picked a better team to support me. Caitlin Kidd is my Attorney in my custody case. Even though this is a difficult case she has been absolutely amazing!!! Not only has she fought so hard for me and my child she has been there emotionally for us!! If you are in need of a family law Attorney I definitely recommend Caitlin Kidd!!!

I would concur on the other review. If you question their ethics they will vilify you. Do not agree to use them for parenting coordination; there is no way out. Even if you entered under agreement, you are not allowed to change your mind; and if you tell them you do not like the way they are treating you they make it to be your fault. The office staff is kind but the attornies are not. Family law should not be treated like criminal law but that is how this office treats people that have been through domestic violence and divorce, like the victims have committed crimes.

Troy Demuth and Abbey Aldridge were my lawyers for my divorce and they completely exceeded my expectations in court recently. My ex has consistently and deliberately refused to own up to his responsibilities as a father physically and financially hurting my daughter and I for years. Troy and Abbey were beyond prepared for court. They had done all their research, had facts, arguments, and evidence to back up all the lies my ex told to the judge. They were professional and gave me the best advice through this process to help my daughter and I in our future. They are my heroes:-)

Working with Goldberg Simpson was one of the best decisions I've ever made! My wife and I moved across country last year, and unfortunately our moving vehicle was involved in a major accident in transit. The vehicle rolled on the highway and was totaled. Our belongings sustained major damages. After working in in good faith with the insurance company for the better part of a year, they finally made us an insulting settlement offer that was less than 1/3 of the total amount we had assessed our damages to be. Luckily I had kept exceptionally detailed records of all contact that had occurred between me, the moving company, and their insurance company which clearly detailed their many failings. The same day I reached out to Goldberg Simpson, I was assigned a lawyer from their firm (Anthony Johnson). Anthony was incredibly prompt and helpful and addressed the mater immediately. After I shared all of my records with him and explained the situation, it was only a couple weeks later from the time I first started working with him that the insurance company for the movers agreed to pay us 100% of our assessed damages in order to avoid further legal action. Thank you Anthony and and the rest of the team at Goldberg Simpson for your excellent and fairly priced legal services! While I hope that I will never call again, I know who would be top of my list should the need arise.

Kelli Brown is an amazing estate attorney. Her knowledge, skill, and responsiveness saved me time, frustration, and expense. When the executor to my mother's estate attempted to improperly sell my mother's home, Kelly explained the applicable law, skillfully responded to the executor's attorney, and successfully represented me in court. Kelli and her team, paralegal Valerie Crowell, and assistant Lauren Mudd, were personable, proactive in looking after my interests, keeping me informed, and promptly addressing my questions.
