I would give him 0 stars if possible. He is a parasite that will take your money and do as little as possible on your case all while asking for more money. I hired him to represent me and he almost never returned my calls or text messages. When he did he was extremely rude and condescending to me and never gave a straight answer. Do yourself a favor and find any other lawyer besides this one, you deserve to be treated with respect and communicated in a timely matter. This loser is a joke.

I began working with Artie nearly a decade ago. He is a top-notch attorney, and always goes the extra mile to help his clients. Not only is he a smart, skilled attorney, he is also a kind, caring person. Any time I need legal advice or counsel, he is the first person I call. I highly recommend him!

Good attorney, typical slow response and slow progress

Artie McLaughlin is a GREAT attorney. He helped me with a difficult case that ended temporarily this past December. He had great communication skills and was always available to answer questions that we had. You could tell he was a busy person (we all are) but he made time and cared for my case. If we ever need legal action again we will be reaching out to McLaughlins Law Firm, again.

Ignores phone calls and text messages I paid him for services and he did absolutely nothing for me. He didn't even meet me worst lawyer I've ever met. Do not use him he is a con artist in guise as a lawyer.

GOT MY FULL REFUND FROM THIS LOSER AFTER I FILED COMPLAINT WITH BAR ASSOC AND PROVIDED ALL MY EVIDENCE OF MCLAUGHLIN TAKING MY MONEY AND DOING NOTHING. BEWARE.. HIS WORDS AND ACTIONS DO NOT MATCH. MY HAND TO GOD, this joker is the reason lawyers get bad rap. I saw McLaughlin after a referral from another firm. I met in his Shepherdsville office the end of May. After our discussion and review of material and photos I provided, this clown accepted my case and said for $600 he would provide me written detail of findings and then recommend my options. This never happened. I initiated a phone call in September for a status and we spent ten minutes on the phone with him stating what I requested in our meeting really was not going to be helpful and my case was not high profile. I explained I should be decider of information and he should not have accepted and took my $600. I certified a letter to McLaughlin demanding to know where my $600 went in detail and a refund. I have received NOTHING. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and raising my 11 yr old grandson. $600 is a lot of money to be basically stolen from me. Don't waste any time or money here. I am going to file grievance with the KY Bar Association, for all the good it may do. I would take and easily pass a polygraph. This is true.

I needed a law firm put after 3 weeks and many calls couldn't get this firm to connect with me. Oh Mr McLaughlin would say he call me the next day over and over but next day never came Guess I was not that important

No effort was made in my case. Money was paid, but services were not rendered.
