I hired McLaughlin for a complicated DUI case where i was arrested for DUI while at my home, Artie did an awesome job for me with the evidence that was on the table and taking the up most professionalism in making sure i got a fair shake, he is very knowledgeable about DUI situations and it showed during my case. In the end i came out very well with my case wich without a doubt i wouldn't have, had i not had Artie McLaughlin on my side. If ur looking for a great attorney that cares, is very knowledgeable aswell as professional, then McLaughlin is ur man!!

Artie mclaughlin is my attorney that has been handling a long drawn out claim. His professionalism and constant communication concerning my case has been welcomed. The settlement of the claim is quite satisfactory and actually better then expected. Should the event ever arise in the future where I will require legal assistance again I will definitely call on Mr Mclaughlin to represent me again. He showed real concern about my case. Holidays, Sundays, Day or night were not off limits to our communication. I spoke with him more than anyone. No question was dumb or overlooked. I'm very happy I chose this law firm.

I heard a radio ad on 93.9 The Ville for their services. The ad mentioned a specific type of case they handled. I had been searching for an attorney TO HIRE which specialized in that type of service. I called the number and spoke with the receptionist. I was rushed to "hold on" and forced to listen to some obnoxious loud music. Then the receptionist came back on, began asking me some questions and wasn't a high quality professional. I did express to the receptionist how I felt and what I thought about the service so far. I informed her they already had one strike against them because of the poor communication. I will give the receptionist credit she did apology and become more professional at that point. I did leave my name and number. However, NO ONE EVER RETURNED THE CALL. I wasn't rude and screaming and cussing. I am a professional and I expect to be treated likewise, especially the people I HIRE to work for me. I would not recommend this firm. PEOPLE REMEMBER, you are hiring someone to work for you, you set the guidelines and expectations. This firm has already not showed up to one job interview. Can you count on them to communicate with you about your case?
