Lordy people....lemme just tell ya, don’t even waste your time with ANY other Disability Lawyer. The disability process is longgggg. We all know that. I promise you, without Molly Burke behind you, your process will be much, much longer than it needs to be. I am speaking from experience, unfortunately. Often times, you may be referred to someone by your doctor. But remember, they may be friends... which is why they are referring you. That doesn’t mean they are the best disability lawyer!! BELIEVE ME! :/ I’ve been through the wringer people. I promise you, Molly Burke will not disappoint you. When my family and I first met her, we were defeated.... But Molly maintained a “let’s get this done” attitude. She built our confidence back up. We immediately felt like we were in the right hands and she was going to help win this..... And she did. Scott was highly instrumental in mitigating my traffic violation. As an out-of-towner with a speeding ticket, he went the extra mile to limit my stress involved with the case, prevent me from driving hours to appear at a court date, as well as reduce the fines associated with the citation.

I was afraid to file bankruptcy because my creditor said they would sue me if I did. I was terrified because it seemed this one particular creditor made it personal and would call me at my work, my home and then started calling my family. I had no choice but to call for help. They told me the creditor would stop calling me after I filed and if they called again they would be in trouble for having done so.
