My wife Cynthia and Me were frightened and devastated when our brokerage firm after having lost 1.5 million dollars of our retirement savings over the course of a year and a half phoned to say we should liquid our portfolio.
Fortuitously, we googled " The Best Stock Broker Negligence Lawyer in Florida." JEFF EREZ'S name appeared at the top of a list of attorneys. While at dinner I sent an email to Jeff Erez. Within seconds he responded.
I am a retired personal injury litigation attorney with more than 45 years of experience. I knew within 15 minutes of our conversation that Jeff was an extraordinary and highly skilled litigator. His analysis and legal advice was cogent, concise and as it turned out legally correct. Within days my wife and me met Jeff and his team. We retained his firm to pursue our case.

I was in a car accident that wasn’t my fault. I thought it would be a straightforward process. It was not. Matt was referred by my daughter (also an attorney) and I’m forever grateful he was. The insurance company (initials S.F.) raked me over the coals and delayed my case 2 and 1/2 years. Perhaps they were hoping I’d die before they had to settle. They forced a lawsuit.
But I was lucky to have Attny Torrico on my side. He and his paralegal, Sandra, were in frequent contact, filling me in and touching base. They Fought for me. They shielded me. They made sure I never felt alone.
They treated me like I was family. At every opportunity they got me more than I expected, they kept the insurance company from making my life hell. In the end they got me every possible penny (the FULL amount of the coverage) and the insurance company acquiesced. That never would have happened on my own. I cannot thank them enough. If you are wondering if you should get a lawyer, don’t. Stop wondering, and call them!
All those adverts by attorneys who say they will fight for you, they will get you what you deserve, people holding big checks…maybe they will and maybe they won’t. I can promise you this: Matt Quatrocchi and associates are everything the others promise and more!

I reached out to Pariente Law firm for some potential legal issues I had concerns that I would be possibly facing. I called to make an appointment but my work schedule conflicts with the same time that the firm's office hours are open. Michael personally reached out to me and offered to meet me on a Saturday when the office is closed, which is extremely hard to find any attorney that would be willing to be that flexible, so I am extremely grateful for that! We sat down and I explained to him my situation, and he offered me his advice, which felt like a weight lifted off of my shoulders. To get your world back to reality call Michael Pariente. I never knew there were lawyers like Mike. He is an amazing human being. He is immediately available any time. He handles your case like he is the one in trouble. He took my potential felony case with a mandatory two year minimum sentence back to a misdemeanor with no jail or prison time. All he cared about was getting me the best outcome possible. He really cares about you as a person and is such a nice guy. he likes to curse, so don't be distracted, LOL. I do too, so we got along great. Don't get excited when you hear the fee. Just pay it and be glad he 's taking your case. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Mike, and John.
