Hired Sherman, my case was handed to an associate. I was told false info on what would all be involved and time frame. Poor communication / comprehension issues. My legal matter was written up with false info in it that could have caused me an issue in court! I corrected the information and STILL was wrong in my petition for court I discovered after getting my file from them. THEN the lawyer he handed this to used FedEx to serve the other party court papers. Gave only a 3 day time period to be served before the 30 day time frame for court. Also only required a signature of someone 18 or over. So after this I was told she couldn’t prove the person got the paperwork on time , told me she couldn’t prove it was served to her and we couldn’t keep the court date.. Well, after getting my file I pulled the tracking and saw what actually happened. Then the lawyer asked me if a friend or someone could just drive out of state and handle the situation or retrieve the car. Now this is also a person I had to move locations from due to threats and has a warrant out, I’m in zero contact with, etc… hints me getting a lawyer and handing over $3500 to handle things properly . Multiple mistakes were made and two other lawyers were scratching their head at how a case that was easy had the ball dropped so poorly. I stopped my case with the firm and got charged $1500 for basically making my case more difficult and causing more issues for me. Plus having to pay a new lawyer to fix it. FedEx, filing for court (never went due to the FedEx issue!) a few emails and false info in my court paperwork cost $1500… lol This was just to handle a joint owned vehicle situation. Thankfully the new lawyer has everything in the right direction and the sheriff dept long-arm serving papers. So we know who gets them and when.

Sherman and his team did an amazing job helping me with what could have been a very stressful situation. I am so grateful that I entrusted the Mack Law Firm to represent me. I will definitely recommend their services to all of my family and friends.
