Very unethical. Will take your money then act like your time is not valuable. He will not represent you but make deals with the under handed district attorney office so that they both look like they did their job and that Jason Ard has done his. This act is part of the good ole boy network to keep close family in so the public doesn’t know how much they have scammed and taken from them. Take a look at the child predators that walk without consequences until it is brought to the attention of the attorney generals office or the news. Jon Mack, Dennis Perkins, Wayne Stewart, Scott Periloux, Kimberly Waters etc… their abuse of position and dirty deeds continue as long as the public allows it.
