Be prepared for Legislative continuances and documents not filed within court ordered time or not at all. I would never recommend him for child custody cases. He should not be deciding what’s best for any child. I believe he’s a money hound and loves showcasing in the courtroom, which includes “bending” the rules/law/truth if needed. Many family members are torn apart because of his antics. I would not give him one star if the rating program would have allowed!

I hired Glenn Westmoreland to represent me in my custody battle. I did not get what I paid for.

Working hard

Lied to me repeatedly. Promised me certain results and then did nothing. Agreed to whatever opposing counsel wanted. Refuses to contact me. Will not accept or return my phone calls. I regret ever hiring him. I would have been better off with a pro bono attorney through the state.
