Courtney and Heather made this process very easy for my son and I. They worked with me and were very patient as to helping me understand the entire process. They made sure that we were taken care of and that we got what our case was worth. Courtney and Heather are both sweethearts and ALWAYS answered when I called them for anything dealing with my case. I was referred to this law firm by a relative who had previously obtained the firm to handle a case on her behalf. She was satisfied with the level of service she received, however I am very dissatisfied with the level of service I have received. I obtained this firm in February 2017 after my accident. I have only had 2-3 phone conversations, between February and October, with my assigned attorney and maybe 2-3 phone conversations with her assistant. I have emailed twice, with a reply once, regarding the status of my case. As of this date October 2, 2017, after sending a follow up email on September 28th, 2017, I have yet to get a response. I know I am not the only client, however it would be nice to at least be contacted once or twice a month regarding the status of the case.

I'd suggest find another law firm

I am proud to say I've used Garden once before and the experience was even better the second time around the professionalism courtesy and most of all the Godly nature of the company would cause me to always come back if I ever have a need for their expertise I will also recommend any and all of my friends and family to Garden mccareny my special thanks to Tim who I think is a super extra-ordinary attorney and just an all-around good guy God bless you mr. Disappointed....

Very nice people. They donated money to me to assist with a community appreciation day I held for the citizens of Baker. Really nice people who care for the community. I referred 2 people there who both had very desirable outcomes. They also have a beautiful facility.

I am using an assumed name because I'm not certain what would happen as a result of this review. I wish I could give this law firm 0 stars. I was injured on my job in April of 2016. I contacted this law firm in May 2016. I was given a contact person and after about a month, there was no contact. I finally contacted my attorney and she informed me that my contact person no longer worked with the firm. My case lasted until June 2017. During the 13 months of using this law firm, I only saw the doctor once. I was never able to get any pain medicine. I suffered for 13 months. Workers Comp stopped paying me in September 2016 because they claim they never received anything from a doctor stating whether or not I could work but they never approved any doctor visits not did my attorney see to them doing so. Horrible service, horrible attorney!!!! I wouldn't recommend using this firm or perhaps the attorney is just pitiful.
