I was injured in a car accident, along with my mother and niece.
The attorney from Gordon McKernan did not negotiate beyond what we were initially offered by the insurance company.
We found a local attorney who took the case and got us significantly more money!
He took a loss on the work that he did because we had initially signed with Gordon McKernan.
In my experience they take advantage of people when they are in a vulnerable situation.
I would advise anyone to stay away from Gordon McKernan.
As they say in their commercial
"Dont sign anything!"
