Unfortunately, I am unable to rate the service due to their inability to get the facts from the start. The female person answering the phone was advised that I was involved in an accident where I was T-boned by someone you did not yield or remain stopped at a Stop sign. The representative advised me my case did not qualify. I disconnected with a broken spirit thinking WOW I was just taken advantage by the other driver. I called back to discover why my claim was denied. The man answering the line told me it was because I was at fault. However, the lady was advised that I was traveling on a main street that intersected with a intersecting side street where the person appeared to have stopped but suddenly slammed into me causing me to flip on impact. Where in my description did it indicate I was at fault? I questioned there decision and he asked was I cited. I told him, no. The other driver was cited and hung up. How could a misinformed attorney group be expected to get a good settlement for me passed on misinformation? I was crushed. They didn't even call back for clarification. WOW!!!

I could not be happier with my results. Taylor Breland was attentive and accommodating. Responding with patience and resolving my issues efficiently. I would definitely recommend their services at Gordon.
