The aspect I appreciated the most was their patience. My sister and I had tight schedules, yet they were able to work around them to help us with each objective. Specifically, both Caroline Parrino and Brandt Schmolke helped guide us through this entire process. I recall a particular intense when Brandt called me one morning to discuss settlement information. As articulate as he explained it, I asked him to email me a written-out explanation so that I could have a visual of everything he shared with me. Quickly, he sent the e-mail my way. Having him do that was so helpful for someone who is unfamiliar with a legal matter such as this.
