I can't take watching your commercial anymore because after dealing with your firm I'm basically almost homeless. My attorney was Matthew Reed and he did nothing at all for me. My accident happened last August in Tx. I was making a left turn when I was hit by someone at about 65 miles an hr. I had whiplash and my vehicle was totaled. The at fault driver has insurance through Allstate. Matthew Reed sent me to basically a Chiropractor for 2 and a half months twice a week. . To make a long story short, I barely got anything for my car because it was an older SUV but it was basically a good vehicle that had never given me problems. I was forced to buy an even older vehicle which no longer runs . Allstate authorized a rental car for me but only paid for it for 10 days without my knowledge. I got turned over to a collection agency for the bill. Again, attorney did nothing. I filed a complaint through The Texas Department of Insurance and Allstate finally paid less than half of it back to me. Really?? I should've never had to pay a dime out of pocket for an accident that was totally not my fault. They didn't even pay all of the medical expenses or reimburse me for gas to drive 45 mins away. An adjuster didn't even come look at my vehicle until November. I could've done a better job myself and I would've been a lot better off. I am now basically homeless. My life has been ruined by this so choose your lawyer carefully. I had no idea I would end up like this. Also during the time of the accident my elderly mother put herself in Assisted Living and I have no way to go see her or help her in any way. It's been a nightmare!!!!! As a former Insurance Producer, I thought that Insurance was suppose to bring you back to where you were before the accident. It sure didn't in my case and I actually had an attorney. , I thought. Get Gordon Get Nothing Done!!!

Well my experience is bad no one keeping me up date on nothing answering machine everytime I try speaking to .I ask to speak with Gordon him self. No answer.

My husband is going through it right now.please ignore that reveiew as i told him u have to have patience with this these people are friendly and resoectfull to me.keep my husband in prayers

I feel that the way that my case was handle was great, But I can not understand why it take so long for me to receive my settlement
