I was very pleased with my experience at Gordon McKernan and associates. They called to make sure I was okay and they made me feel like family.

I wrote in on the website to see if I could be represented with my claim against a company. Someone called me right away and took down further information. She stated that she would call me back on 6/1 to follow up and see what the doctor said. Never received a phone call. So fast forward to today 6/6, I receive a letter in the mail that is date 5/30 that they did not want to proceed further with my case, but wanted me to pass along their business cards to other people that may be in need. The postmark on the letter is for 6/5. I call and speak with the manager of the employee that initially handled my case. I just wanted to fill a complaint against that employee for not following up properly.She said that the letter was sent in error and asked if I went to the doctor for my injury. I explain that I did and all the other details about the visit. She apogolized and said that she would tranfer me to a lawyer. I get transfer to David. He was under the impression that I had questions about the letter that was sent. I explained that the lady that transferred me said I wasn's suppose to receive the letter and it was in error. He said I was in fact suppose to receive the letter and that they just did not follow proper procedures to deny my case. He said that "other lawyers would probably take it, but that's just not something we would handle". Basically if it's not making them money, they do not want to help you. Just a totally waste of time and energy. I could have been dealing with a more efficient and professional law firm.
