It was difficult for me accept that the only way that I could realistically get out of dept was to file for bankruptcy. I tried working directly with my creditors but none of them were willing to set up any type of payment plan or offer any alternatives. That is when I decided I needed an attorney. My fiance had to file bankruptcy and David was recommended to us by a mutual friend. We met with David for the first meeting and he took the time to explain to us what we should expect and how the process works. We met with a paralegal (Laura) after the initial meeting. We cannot say enough GREAT THINGS about Laura. We were nervous and anxious about this whole process. Laura helped us by making us feel at ease and we realized that it wouldn't be as painful as first thought. We communicated through email and phone and always felt that we were being taken care of and not just another client. She knew the case and I feel went out of her way to help us whenever we needed something.
