I had what seemed to be a difficult case that seemed to be headed in the wrong direction. Ms. Williams kept communication, she kept me grounded and she helped me to stay positive knowing that we, with all the factual information and all the proof, just needed to let the process work. I was scared and leary, but she told me to stay focused. Then after several months, she found that there were discrepancies and flat out lies against me.
