Always ready to answer questions

I would like to thank Keith and his staff in handling my case experience with his law firm. Him and his staff were very polite and very professional. They even took the time to explain to me page by page about my case, which by the way it was on they spare time to answer all of my concerns about my case. They responded on every email and text that I had questions and concerns and I got answers. Keith and Kellen and staffs made sure If I have any other concern related issues pertaining any documents or my case to give them a call. They made me feel like family Thank you Guys once again on doing a great job. I would highly recommend Keith Magness and his law firm.

I choose them for the price, but gave them five stars for the service. It was definitely a win win.

To say that Mr. Magness and his team were amazing doesn’t do enough justice for how outstanding his services were. From the second I walked into his office, I was treated so genuinely and each person in the office cared about me just as much as Mr. Magness did. They always made sure I was informed about the process of handling my case. Alexandria always kept in touch with me to make sure things on my end were going smoothly, and she even asked about my daughter every time she called! I really felt like they were apart of my family, especially when we received the holiday greeting cards! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!! :) his card is definitely on the family’s fridge, he’s our “Go To Guy”!! I can’t begin to thank you all enough for all that you’ve done for me. I want to start off by saying this is the best law firm I have ever dealt with. Not once did I have to call them they always checked on me and kept me updated Keith and his staff were extremely helpful and caring it's a shame I can only put 5 stars on this review they really deserve 10 stars. If ever I get in another motorcycle accident or any kind of vehicle accident for that matter there's no doubt who I'll have representing me ... I tried to work with the insurance company myself. I thought I can read, make phone calls and fill out paperwork. I waited until I finished my treatment and attempted to settle with the insurance company. I was polite, well mannered and patient... too patient. By the time I realized I was getting the runaround, it seemed to be too late. I called at least a dozen other law offices, each one turning me down because I was “too late”, however Keith had been paying attention to local laws and past judgments and was able to help me. Literally in the fifteenth hour of the last day, I met Keith and his team; I have never been more relieved. Thank you. Don’t wait like I did.

I had a very good experience with Mr. Keith Magness. Mr. Keith and his staff are very nice and honest with no false promises. When everything was settled I didn’t feel like I was taken advantage of in any way.

Keith and his team are the best in the city ! They treated me like family . I was so worried when I first walked into his doors . He made me feel great . His team kept me updated on everything. If I had questions for anything they answered me. They always called to check on me and my family . They handled everything from started to finish. Someone is always there to answer you if it’s email text messages or a call. I just overall had a great experience and I will be forever grateful for Keith and team.

My first accident had me confused and scared. I did know however that what the insurance was offering me was insulting to say the least. I was recommended by a friend to speak with an attorney and they spoke highly of the law office of KEITH Magness. I had know idea of how things were supposed to go but they made me feel comfortable, answered my questions, and checked in on me to keep me informed and to just see how I was doing often. They gave me good advice, and everything worked out in the end!! I would recommend to others from here on out!!
