You want an attorney that will go above and beyond without you having to ask. Unbeknownst to me, when the insurance company followed up a couple of months or so later with Keith to find out if we thought our settlement was fair (and it was), Keith was quick to inject a bit of humor, mixed with candor, that came across impressive enough to secure me a little “extra” for my claim. And just like that, I had Christmas in September. Predictability in understanding the negotiations and limitations of insurance companies matters. Relationships matter. An attorney who is able to garner the respect of adjustors based on his integrity, knowledge and work ethic speaks volumes in an insurance climate that is inundated with entertaining and slapstick showmanship to lure in clientele. I’m not a gimmicky person. So, when it comes to matters regarding the safety and protection of my family, I want someone who will regard my concerns with the same level of mindfulness as they would with their own family. That is what Keith has done and provided to my family and it is why my loyalty is with him.

More than one of the attorneys who spend tons of money on TV commercials have been retained by my friends who were involved in car accidents.
