The Magness's office was great to work with. Everyone was very personable, knowledgeable and quick to respond to all questions and needs. I picked them especially for Keith's story and the fact that they don't do expensive commercials. I had a second accident and didn't hesitate to call the Magness' office for services again. Everyone provided the same top notch service as expected! They fought hard and were even able to get additional settlement funds. I like the personal touch also. Communication was the key! There was constant communication between Mr. Magness, his assistant (Ms. Kellen) and myself, even after-hours. My case went on for nine months, and I was kept informed every step of the way. They pro-actively reached out to me and let me know of every move being made. Likewise, I never felt like I was a bother to them when I would call with questions, either.

I cannot say enough kind words and praise for Keith Magness and his firm for helping me with my accident/injury case. From day one, I was treated kindly and very fairly throughout my entire case. I was contacted by Kellen every couple of weeks to see how I was doing and if I needed anything. I'd never sought legal counsel regarding an accident for the 30 years I've been driving. However, circumstances regarding a recent accident necessitated that I do so. There are so many advertisements for accident/injury attorneys in the greater New Orleans area.
