Michael is an awesome & tough attorney, who’s very strait forward, no fluff. He knows the in’s and outs of how everything works & let’s you know all of your options & possible outcomes, so that you can decide the best route for you. After consulting with other lawyers and feeling a little defeated (and a general lack of faith in the judicial system, frankly), I was referred to Michael by a close friend who had just went through a similar situation. Thankfully I made the call. Upon our initial consultation, I immediately felt better about my case. This man knows what he is doing and does it well!! He agreed to meet with my wife to discuss a family custody case on very short notice. He was very thorough and to the point. I chose to share my experience with a little more detail than most people, for those who may feel there is no hope and who may have the Wow!!!!!! is how I would have to start and describe my experience with Mr. Domingue. He took my case concerning custody and visitation. My daughter was removed from my care due to false and inaccurate statements made by my mother. Being a recovering addict with health issues, honestly I thought my daughter and I would only be spending time together on a video App forever. Mr. Domingue looked deeper. I truly believe that he is one of those rare people who actually care, and that's the kind of attorney you need in these cases and under these circumstances. He is first and foremost a competent man and a man of his word. With a situation like mine looking nothing but dark, he came in and gave my daughter a voice in this, because no one but him asked what she wanted but more importantly he asked what she needed. He took the facts, he listened, he cared and he made sure I was heard. Now, My daughter and I are going to start with unsupervised visitation, which will transition into bringing her home where she belongs, and it's all because of a person like Michael, an attorney that actually took the time to look a little deeper, not judge and change my family's life forever. Mr. Domingue, Adrianna my family and I thank you. These are the smiles you've restored on our face's!
