Micheal is an awesome attorney. I hired him straight out of law school nearly 2 years ago. My case was his very first trial case and he won. He did a great job!! He was extremely patient in a very emotional family case. I’d recommend him to anyone. His legal assistant Stephanie Goforth, is wonderful as well. She’s extremely prompt, polite, compassionate and just a sweet person. I consider them to be an excellent legal team and friends!!

Micheal is a fantastic attorney, he is sharp. Attentive and his paralegal is on top of the details. Truthfully, I don’t know where where I would be in my case without him. He was not my original choice, but looking back that was a mistake on my part. He has cleaned up my case, set the record straight and continues to press on with satisfactory results. I try not to bother him, I try to do my due diligence and be the best client and together we with his leadership have moved forward. An awesome person, how many times you hear someone describe there attorney a person first? I would have to write a book to tell you what he has meant and done for both my daughter and I. I’ve been fighting in the system for 11 years now, as a single father that can be a difficult fight. Michael is my 4th attorney, and in just about a years time he’s accomplished EVERYTHING and opened every door I’ve been told for years now are impossible to do. Somethings are priceless but when it comes to cost you cannot beat his. And cost always plays a role. He is honest and straightforward. You will not be bleed out on false hopes, he will say what he can and cannot do no matter how far along you are in the process. And when he says he will do something, you can be sure it’s getting done. I have spoke with him on weekends, 10 o’clock at night, even when he’s been out of the country on vacation. If it’s important and you need him he is there. My case is well, a mess, from years of other attorneys not doing what they say and he did not hesitate to take it, and as of now every single thing he said he could and would do from the first couple visits he has. I haven’t scratched the surface of what Mr Domingue and his team have done and just how important they have been in our lives. You can say he literally has the future of my daughter in his hands and I have enough trust in him to turn it over and follow his lead, as a parent that should tell you all you need to know.

I highly recommend hiring Michael to handle your case. Michael helped me with a case that involved divorce, custody of my two girls, and relocation. Michael was able to take care of everything that was needed while I was gone as I live out of state. He is very thorough and knowledgable. Great lawyer at a very fair price! I used Mr. Middleton when I was arrested for an OWI. He got my charge reduced to a traffic violation. He is very accommodating and was available to meet me after business hours and on the weekends, because of my conflicting work schedule.
