I have known Loyd for many years and he has always been helpful and caring not only as a person but as a lawyer. He has always helped me when I was in need of legal advice and always explained things in terms I could relate to. I can always rely on him and his team to get results. Don't waste your time with these people they more worried about money than a clients well being. Emma was very unprofessional by sending me to a ambulance chaser so they can get 20% of my claim. Nothing but crooks and ignorance within this organization. They not interested in your well being they interested in your bank account. They will send you to another crook named Tim who wants to charge you for every little thing. So basically they want to represent you for all your settlement. BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS

I received excellent professional service at Loyd Bourgeois, LLC. I was assigned Attorney Christy Crotwell as my direct point of contact. She was very professional and knew the process very well. I have Epilepsy and since it cannot be seen, it is very hard to get people to understand what you are dealing with. Well I was very fortunate in this case, as Christy Crotwell’s assistant Heather Darling had dealt with this illness with someone in her past and actually understood what I was dealing with. I spent sometime talking to her about my illness and it helped me to know, she not only understood, but took the time to talk to me. This also showed me they can be professional and at the same time personal. Very great team wot work with. Highly recommend them to anyone needing legal assistance.

Understand this process where I have an ongoing case to where the attorney got paid but I'm still dealing with this over payment even though there was fraud from years prior like I spoke to other attorneys that said my attorney I had was wrong for dismissing me an she didn't want to deal with the circumstances an was easy to make the excuse of they don't deal with fraud but only had to finish the race of getting why I haven't received my full back pay etc . I regret having a woman ever handling my case cause men don't get emotional or break easy when issue occured but hey you get what you pay for , Thankful I got a lawyer out of Texas who gonna fix everything that wasn't fix before this firm departed with me, It's my experience with this firm everyone case is different an can write good reviews but my case very complex even SSA had to agree about this , No hard feelings at all
