Im from the Boston,Ma area. I missed an evaluation found myself not getting my SSDI money. After going to Social Security twice and being given the run around. I researched via internet who could help me now, being broke. I saw Loyd Bourgeois Ad how how he helps people similar to my situation. I sent email there was an immediate response. Loyd told me let him and his team help me. We made an appointment. Emma called me told me to tell Social Security. I want to speak to a supervisor. I did she typed for 10 minutes. I can not express enough how amazing the Law firm of Attorney Bourgeois is. I unfortunately live in another state, and didn't realize when messaging about my car accident, that didn't stop Attorney Bourgeois to contact me and give me advice. I also had the pleasure working with Emma also the amount of compassion I received .They researched an attorney in my area for me to get in contact with,and even went further in notifying this attorney of my situation and if he'd be able to help. He could of simply said, sorry I only handle Louisiana residents, or further more not even reply back, he showed me he cared, my concerns were important. After almost 3 years of wondering if social security would ever approve me, the wait is finally over. Where do I begin? This was the best call that I have made. I called LJB for representation during my disability appeal hearing. Unfortunately, that first call was only a week prior to the hearing, and they were not able to represent me at that time. However, they sent information to me to help me be as prepared as I could and asked me to request a continuance to allow them time to review my records and be able to represent me. Every interaction with them has been amazing! Thank you, Heather, whom I communicated with the most. I didn't expect to be here at this point in my life, but they have helped me navigate through it. Today, I received a call from Christy of a positive decision. I am so very thankful for the work that Christy put into my case, including being there for the initial and follow-up hearings. As the Hurricane Ida deadline approached and my insurance company had still not reached an agreement, I consulted with Mr. Bourgeois. His staff was extremely helpful in preparing my paperwork. The night before I was to meet with Mr. Bourgeois, my insurance adjuster informed me of my final payout. State Farm came through for me. Therefore, there was no need for legal representation. I did meet with Mr. Bourgeois concerning another matter. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and gave me all the time I needed.
