After almost signing with one of the large companies that run so many ads in the media, I am glad they harassed me incessantly enough since that first call to run fast. They made me feel like a number and very uncomfortable. This led me to a google search at almost midnight hoping to find a firm that cares not only about my case but about me. I found that comfort in Cosse. I was never pushed to do anything I did not want to do with urgency like the tactic the other company tried. Katelyn and all the Cosse staff I encountered were very knowledgeable, professional and available. It is a big deal to me that I was able to call or text Katelyn any time of day or evening and she would respond. She was patient and explained each time with care, and will still say call me again if you need to. I highly recommend Cosse Law Firm because the level of comfort and assurance I had from the first phone call is what traumatized accident victims need. It is a scary and aggravating experience post incident with doctor visits and dealing with pain, but finding an attorney who truly cares and is willing to listen and fight for you is what we need at that precarious time.
