The review prior to mines was a year ago. Always research and do analysis when pertaining to any amy major decisions that have be made especially in regards to your livelihood. I google criminal defense attorney, to secure representation for a family member and Thomas Meyers law firm was at the top of the list with a 5 star rating. I called but I was not able to speak. He cut me off to ask questions as if I was on the stand and not a potential client. It's rude, disrespectful, condensending, and insensitive. I'm not a lawyer. I'm a government employee and a Navy Veteran. So to assume I'm familiar with anything as far as dilect or to use an elimination tactic is wrong. He then clouded the conversation with asking about a ghost charge(that's non existence). If he couldn't help I would much rather he said that then carry on the way he did. Im going to continue to look further. I wouldn't do my part towards society if I didn't share. I took a day after our phone conversation to process. $2500 is an appropriate amount for a retainer. But as a potential client I didnt get $2500 worth of respect when I was inquiring. You make your decision but for me I would not be forwarding his contact or call them ever again. I said what I said.

Earlier this year, I worked with Tom Shlosman on a lawsuit that involved a collision between two tractor-trailers on a snowy interstate highway in Nebraska. A key development in the case was when Mr. Shlosman found a website that included several revealing photos of one of the vehicles taken while it was being salvaged. Throughout the case, Mr. Shlosman was very enjoyable to work with and showed great attention to and understanding of the details that mattered.
