I was involved in an automobile accident (rear end collision at a red light) after having had a previous neck surgery a few months earlier. I was terribly upset and unsure what to do. I went to Allan Berger & Associates for guidance and assistance, and they could not have been more helpful. Claims against the person's insurance company and my uninsured motorist insurer for my property damage and injuries were set up immediately. I began medical treatment with my doctors and was treated until my injuries resolved. Upon completion of my medical treatment, Allan Berger & Associates immediately obtained the policy limits of the other person's policy and, within a few months of that, they recovered my entire $100K UM policy for my injuries. The employees of Allan Berger & Associates were always friendly, answered all my questions whenever I called, moved my case along as quickly as possible, and helped me get the maxium result for my injuries. I HIGHLY recommend this law office for any personal injury claim!!!!
