I first was introduced to this firm last year from an on the television. I called one morning , and I was able to speak to Andrew Geiger in the first call. He took time out and met with me that very day. Anytime, I call or email, I have always had a quick response and have been informed of the status of my case through the entire process. Everyone from the receptionist to assistants are always courteous, prompt and attentive when visiting or calling. Recently, I had to call upon the firm for another case. The moment I called and explained the accident , Andrew put things in motion. His assistant called for information and my legal protection and health and wellness was top priority. I have worked with other firms and it has been almost impossible to talk to counsel on days. This is not the case at Allan Berger and Associates. Allan Berger & Associates should consider changing their name to Allan Berger & Family because that's truly what my experience with this group of people felt like; it felt like I was working through an unfortunate situation with members of my own family. Perhaps it's the charm of their MidCity converted home into an office space. I don't know the history of this building but it is quintessential New Orleans through and through. Maybe it was the warmth and friendliness of the staff that made me feel this way. Most importantly, it was the strong sense I felt of being with a group of people who genuinely wanted to help. From Astrid's smiling face when I walked into the building to Ms. Bernadette's reassuring updates to Andrew's sheer professionalism when dealing with all aspects of my case, I truly felt that I had a qualified and competent group advocating on my behalf. I would highly recommend Allan Berger & Associates for your legal needs. They'll treat you like family.
