I spoke with Alan several months ago about a couple Citations I had received, and in the conversation he not only combined them so the price was in reach, he made them totally go away so I did not have 2 violations permanently on my driving record. What was the most amazing part is the money I gave him 75% of it was sent back to me, I didn't ask him why because of the stress and worry off of my mind but that not only showed me how good he really is at his job but also he is obviously not in it for the money, he is there to truly help.
