I hired Allan Lobozzo after I was rear ended in an auto accident. My car was wrecked and so was I. He has been a rock. Alan handled our case extremely well. No one likes to be sued. So when I got served regarding a disgruntled prospective purchaser of my commercial property I was quite upset. I spoke with the real-estates attorney and did not care for his tone. So my wife suggested I contact Alan since she had done business with him several years ago. Best call I ever made. Alan had the lawsuit withdrawn within 3 months and it did not cost me one penny. His fee is very reasonable and my wife and I could not be happier! He was able to get the Oui charge dismissed and I plead guilty to a reckless conduct charge which meant my license was never suspended and I didn't get an Oui on my record. Sometimes In your life you make not so great choices, doesn't mean your a bad person but just means you had a stupid moment.. that is where Allan comes in, he's not like other lawyers who takes your money and treats you like a number he guides you through the prosess, explains what's gonna Happen and stands by you the whole way through.. what I liked most about Allan was he didn't tell me we would win the case he didn't sugar coat my situation but he gave me hope that I could change the out come, which in my case we did. I also will say he was the most affordable lawer in my case, and he had no hidden fees. So I personally would recommend him and have recommended him to others in need.
