Initial meetings, the one third of settlement to Attorney fees was kind of like ouch, I can tell you from experience it was worth every cent! My wife was in a bad accident resulting in half a million in medical expenses. The gentleman that hit her lost his life. Berman and Simmons Attorney Dan Kagan and team are truly professional, compassionate, honest, and caring. Dan and his team made a very difficult time much easier. In the end they (Alison) negotiated a settlement with the health insurance company that was about one-third of the total medical expenses owed. Without Dan and his team, guessing when the dust settled my wife and I would have owed over 100K in medical expenses, with no compensation for her lifelong injuries.
