They are good people and do care a lot about your personal care. At least the guy I talked to was very play pleasant and thoughtful!

After experiencing a traumatic auto accident involving my wife and elderly mother, we didn't know how to proceed through the legal maze of insurance. We were referred to James Beardsley of Lowry & Associates. Mr. Beardsley responded quickly and thoroughly assessed our situation and advised a plan. We chose to use his services. Along a difficult and trying process, it was the staff of Lowry & Associates whom we dealt with on bills and the bill collectors who called us all. The staff was so gracious in assisting my wife, my mother, and myself to gather the information we needed. Mr. Beardsley then resolved this issue efficiently and effectively. I'm amazed at how well he understands the legal process and how graciously he and his staff treated us along the way. An accident is something we wish were able to avoid, however Lowry and Associates were invaluable in helping my family deal with the legal issues involved.

Got referred to James since my accident happened in Maine but my work men's comp case was in Massachusetts , so it was a difficult case to gather all the facts and laws between the two states . It was a long , drawn out case , But James and his team got all the facts and were persistent with the insurance companies. my first call when i got in my accident was to joe bornstein...but i made one more call and that was to lowry & associates...and by the time i got off the phone i knew that i had found my lawyer...actually i had to tell joe bornstein twice that i was going with lowry & associates...and like i knew when i chose them, they were great!! james was very professional, but explained every step and process to me so when we were done i understood everything and left knowing how my case was doing and where we were hoping to go! i highly recommend this firm...thank you again james and lowry & associates...

I couldn’t be happier with Lowry and Associates!! I didn’t know what to expect because I have never had a lawyer for anything before. From the beginning they explained how it was all going to happen. They kept in touch with me and kept me updated about the progress. It was so easy. I didn’t have to stress about anything. They did all the work and got me the money I deserved. Laura was incredible! She was always so professional. She made me feel calm and I had no doubt that they were doing their best to help me! I would not hesitate to call them again if I needed them!!

As a new father of just a couple weeks whose family had just been injured, myself as well. I was not at all prepared for everything that took place following our wreck.
