I called Lowry & Associates when my mom was in fairly minor traffic accident. I didn't want her stressing out with all the paperwork, etc. We met with Jim, and he and his team were great! They were attentive, responded promptly when we had questions, and made a complicated matter so much easier. I would highly recommend them!

The experience of an accident can be traumatic and at best, beyond inconvenient. Medical claims are complicated and navigating the unfamiliar paperwork associated with them can be overwhelming. Lowry and associates removed that burden so that I could focus on my recovery and treatment. Their expertise and knowledge allowed me to rest comfortably, knowing my case was in competent hands. Their staff was responsive. The team kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend their service.

James Beardsley tells you one thing and does another. You can NOT count on him to have your back. As soon as a little work is involved he drops you. No warning, just a cowardly letter by his receptionist. Don't bother, a total waste of time.

James Beardsley strung me along for weeks saying he was going to help me and take my case. He asked for the police report and some proof I have that shows the accident wasn't my fault. Then today I got a letter in the mail dated 2 weeks ago (I talked to the office several times since the day the letter was typed and no mention of dropping me before giving me a bunch of tasks for me to do, not him) saying he wouldn't take my case. What a terrible thing to do. As if the recovery of a concussion, neck, and shoulder injury wasn't upsetting enough. He also had the nerve to include his business card "for any future needs"! What a joke. Don't bother with this group. If i could give them a zero I would!
