My mom and I were in need of estate planning ,will preparation and legal power of attorney documents. Council Baradel was very kind, patient, thorough and guided us step by step to make sure all our "i's' were dotted and "t's" crossed to make sure we were protected and set up according to our wishes and best interests. If you are looking for legal advice....stop looking and contact them. I highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about Council Baradel. Maria Worthington McKenna was patient and approachable as well as being one of the most intelligent people I know. I have told all my friends about her - she understands that not everyone is well-versed in law, and that creating a trust can be an emotional experience. i am so glad I found her - she is a gift!

I had to stop working with a legal resources attorney from work who was absolutely terrible. Time was on the clock and a friend recommended Brian. He was an absolute lifesaver. Just a night and day difference. These things can be so stressful even then they're minor, after the first conversation with him I felt so much better. Brian made it easy and was always cool, responsive, and quick thinking. If I ever need an attorney again (and hopefully I won't) I'll be back here.

My family did our entire estate planning with Maria and a few of her colleagues. The entire team was extremely efficient with everything. They were also extremely patient with my dad who is very hard of hearing. The price was very fair for the peace of mind we got from drawing up all the paperwork. I would highly recommend this firm.
