My only regret is not knowing Matthew J. Bernhardt sooner in life! Personally, I was being steered in the wrong direction by another Annapolis attorney of another firm; I got handed to assistants and receptionists! At CBKN, they simply delivered layperson terms to explain such legal jargon to me and it was refreshing to say the least! Not only was Mr. Bernhardt professional, but he also had a calming, reassuring confidence about him and he has restored my faith in lawyers as a whole. Matthew Bernhardt entered my life at one of the most difficult times, I was a single mom with three kids from my marriage and I had spent the last decade taking care of my husband and children as a stay at home mom, and in no way was prepared for the possibility of divorce. Not only did Matthew Bernhardt provide me with realistic expectations, he cared. He took the time to learn about my children and I, which afforded me better representation. Ultimately I walked out of court with the best possible outcome given the circumstances. Less than two years later when my ex-husband opened the case back up in an attempt to take the kids from me, Matthew Bernhardt referred me to someone who would do what he could not while away serving our country (military). And again, I left court with the best possible outcome given the circumstances. Am I 100% satisfied with the custody agreement, no... but I don't think anyone feels 100% satisfied. Worthless in helping anyone especially during a pandemic. All about their client which is most likely from India and not legit. No help whatsoever in coming to an agreement. All about themselves and money. Greed gets you nowhere. Reporting both companies to BBB in which one, Future Capital LLC isn't even a member and will continue to smear the name of both companies.

Brian Gallagher and his team seamlessly took care of two deeds for me. One required a year long court preparation due to a family member trying to steal real estate rights from an elderly, handicapped family member. Very pleasant and sharp personnel to work with. We are an ex-military family as is Mr Gallagher. We felt we made a really good choice with this firm.

Had a great experience. The closing of our refinancing loan was both efficient and thorough. The attention to detail allowed us to know exactly what we were signing and yet we were able to close on the loan fairly quickly. I highly recommend Bay Title to anyone purchasing or refinancing a home.

Incredible firm to deal with! Lee Ann Adams went above and beyond to accomodate us during closing. She was able to come out to our house and set up a table in our driveway in order to close on schedule. Pleasure doing business!
