Recently Leonard helped me with a case where my tenant did considerable damage to the apartment and left without a move-out inspection. Leonard did an excellent job with the case. We won the case and got a judgment in our favor. He is very thorough, patient and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with him. I would highly recommend him.

Great Service. Mr. Englander really went above and beyond with my case. What really impressed me was the fact that he sat with me to ensure that I understood everything involved. Most attorneys will give their opinion and be done with it, but he did a great job explaining everything to me and representing my interests.

Recently I had the good fortune of getting help from Mr Leonard Englander regarding a case where my tenant totally trashed the apartment and left without handover. I was at a loss of what to do till I found Leonard through Avvo. He was very helpful, very knowledgeable and patient with advice. He explained to me all the steps that needed to be taken in order to get back compensation. Recently we won a judgment in our favor against the tenant for the damages to the apartment. I am extremely satisfied with Leonard' advice and service.. I would highly recommend him.

Mr Englander was great. I had a concept of what I needed in a legal document but wanted to make sure when done it I would protect us if we ever needed it. Mr Englander used his resources and was able to help us include things we never thought about. If there was a question he couldnt answer he promptly consulted colleagues and got us the answers. End of the day we had a great experience and got we needed done and done right the first time at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend you at least give him a call and talk it over. You will not be disappointed!
