Polite, kind, responds in a timely manner

Erin Snyder represented myself, my fiancé, and our two-year-old son after we were rear-ended by a distracted driver who drove through two stop signs. Our life stood still that day as we looked at our car where the trunk had folded into the back seat where our son sat in his car seat. It was the greatest fear we had ever experienced as parents. This is my personal opinion. Bruce Eisenberg did nothing for me except give me the run around for my workers comp case. My case was barely worked on. I had to contact the office to get updates. I had to get information and contact doctors. I was basically working my own case. I was notified the day before my case for the third time, after it being postponed twice and after trying for weeks to get updates and information out of Bruce Eisenberg and his assistant Tammy of what’s going on all to be told “ Yea I don’t think we’re going to win this”. At that point I was through and withdrawn from the case. I am in a better place now and did not need to go through the run around anymore. The only thing I am upset about is how I did not get to express this to them personally, but I hope they see this.

Erin is compassionate, thorough, and genuinely cares about her clients. She took the time to listen to my concerns and worked tirelessly to ensure I receive the compensation I deserve. Additionally, her paralegal Stephanie has always been kind and kept me informed every step of the way, providing much-needed support during a stressful time.
