Ben, Carolyn and Juanita was the best. Every time I called which was plenty, they were pleasant and assisted me the best way that they could. Every issue I had concerning my case was resolved. Happy customer and I must not forget the gifts that were given to me when I arrived at their office. All staff remained professional during my process and I commend them for it. Hassan, Hassan & Tuchman 1111 Park Ave Suite L-150 Baltimore, MD 21201 RE: Termination of Legal Services Dear Hassan, Hassan & Tuchman I have decided to immediately discontinue our current legal relationship due to inefficiency, dishonesty & poor communication. Upon review of my electronic file it revealed Jane Francis – legal assistant, not an attorney which initially was Ben Stirling, attempted a demand letter, which resulted in an initial settlement offer of $2,500. This attempt was made on January 20, 2022, my injury occurred August 27, 2021. Communication has only been prompted by your firm only when I’ve initiated it. On several occasions only resulting in me speaking with either a legal assistant or receptionist. More recent I have not received any return call/email at all regarding a case update. I will seek alternative legal counsel that I believe will fit my case’s needs, based on their level of expertise and my needs as a client. You do not have permission to send any demands on my behalf and I am advising the insurance company that you no longer represent me for my personal injury claim. Please do not take any further actions on my behalf.

This is my second accident where I was not at fall and I can honestly say that Hassna hasn’t is awesome oh my goodness they were amazing they were very patient careful they took the time they weren’t one of those law firms where you got a car every single week and see how your case is going they don’t forget about you at all they were going in case they’re going keep working until they can get you what you want whatever that is they are awesome I definitely recommend them to other people my best friend recommended me to them and I already knew that they were going to help me which they did!! The whole team is great!

I've used their services two times, one case in 2019 and one case most recent this month. There professional, the attorneys stay in contact with you every step of the way. In particular Mr Matthew Blaustein was my attorney this month he was professional, courteous, personalble, knowledgeable and all the above and he laid out every snerio that may play out in court , so I was well prepared once my court date arrived. Mr Blaustein was eloquent towards the judge and was truthful to what happen in my accident. I got away with no points on my license. I'm so grateful for their services. You want be disappointed.
