They did a great job. I'm happy with the way the case turned out and thankful for the attorneys at Hassan hassen and tuckman for helping me with my auto accident case!

On my way home from work one evening I was hit by a car running a red light. I was injured, the police did nothing, the insurance companies were more worried about themselves, and the hospital only cared about their bills. The esteemed Mr. Stirling fought for me and did not give them an inch. He really knows how to be an advocate for people who don't understand "the system." He really went above and beyond and I am would recommend him to anyone I know who was in a similar situation.

Customer service is very important. I use to feel a sense of reassurance that my case was being handled by the best. Nothing is like it use to be, but one thing will never change, people won't remember what you said or what you did; but how you make them feel. When I've called the law office, the receptionist is very unprofessional..."Law offices" - no good morning or afternoon, no, thank you for calling or closure at the end of the call. I asked for one attorney and instead of saying, "I'm sorry, that attorney isn't in; would you like to speak to someone else?" I'm transferred without being informed that I am being transferred to another attorney. The person that I asked to return my call never did, every time I called, she was: on vacation, gone for the day, or had a doctor's appointment; which makes me feel that either she did not get the message or what I had to say wasn't important. I am very disappointed in the services and Covid-19 is no excuse for arrogance. None. But it won't happen again.
