Loved working with Ben Stirling! I feel glad he was assigned my case as he did a wonderful job on it and was effective. Always accessible by phone, always organized, and most of all he knew what he was doing. When I say he kept the process for me streamlined I mean STREAMLINED- he worked on contingency, he didn't have me running around collecting my own records (he had support staff to do that), he was never hard for me to reach, and so on and so forth. I would easily recommend Ben several times over and I do actively recommend him to friends and family. I hope I never need him again but I know I would always come back.

Always accessible by phone, always organized, and most of all he knew what he was doing. The best thing is that they are flexible and work with you to really reduce the amount of in-person trips you need to make to the bare minimum. A lot can be done over the phone. Oh and another thing - everyone in his office is a team. Other attorneys, paralegals, negotiators etc provide their support too. I would easily recommend Ben to anyone who is busy, and suffered injury and needs to seek compensation for those injuries. He will fight for justice for you. I hope I never need him again but I know I would always come back.
