Very bad customer service. Very unprofessional staff. They are so rude when you call. No one follows up on your case you have to continuously call for updates. You have to make calls and forward paper work that the firm is supposed to be doing on your behalf. Their actions made it clear that my case wasn't important to them. This is not the 1st time that I have been represented by this law firm but this will truly be my last. I have previously referred people to this firm but I will not be doing that anymore. This firm has went downhill
