The treat you like family.

Represent yourself if you think of using these people!!!! Complete waist of time!!!! My family bin with these people but now they not after two cases!!! Both attorneys where very rude and arrogant!!!! There assistants don’t do much work and when they do they screw up! Then when u catch them in a screw up they want to push u off or put the blame on u some how! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

I was referred to them from a friend who said they were great. They are! I and my family memeber are represented from them. I was contacted immediately and never had to call for updates. Nina was great!!! She worked hard for us. Thanks sooo much. They will wotk hard for you. Do your part and they will do there's. I'd referr anyone to them! Mr.Horwitz for personal injury and Mr. Ingerman for workers comp.

My name is Brad Krempel and I was an Ingerman & Horwitz client from August 2015 until April 2017. I was involved in a workers comp case with my employer and was referred to Ingerman & Horwitz by a coworker. Being this was the first time I had been involved in this sort of matter I didn't know what to expect. Upon starting my case I noticed the immediate attention and focus on the task at hand from the entire staff. I was greeted by the receptionist and immediately sat down with Mr. Ingerman . I explained to him the nature of the case and the details to which he was sympathetic honest and understanding. I was then assigned to Barrie Handelman . First off let me say that from the word go Ms Handelman was attentive and diligent in assisting with any and all obstacles and concerns in dealing with my case. She was 100% professional and returned phone calls and messages in a timely manner and also contacted those involved to insure everyone was on the same page. I give her credit for handling a complicated case in a timely manner and also for ensuring the well being and emotional and physical state of her client and the case. Even after the completion of the case I received follow up messages to check on my well being. From beginning to end and everyone I encountered at Ingerman and Horwitz I never felt left out of the loop or not cared for. I always felt like their only client. When it was time to present the case and resolve the settlement Mr. Aaron Schwartz was an adamant professional and fought tooth and nail to ensure that we got the outcome we deserved. Everyone who dealt with my case was great. It took all the pressure and worry off of me while I was going through pain, doctors appointments and trying to get my vehicle back on the road. My first contact, Dominique, explained how the process of setting up service with the law firm would happen. David called to explain the process along with my responsibility and the firms responsibility for my case. Nina and another person (sorry I cannot remember her name) were available to answer my questions whenever I called them. Sometimes I would leave a message and always got a call back quickly. Hands down one of the best legal experiences my family has had. My mother in law recently started a disability case and she was referred to Ingerman and Horwitz to speak to Ms. Erica Sanders. Erica was well talked about and highly recommended. She is very knowledgeable about social security and the process. She took the time to know my mother in law and even drove the distance to meet her in person. You can tell that she really cares for her clients and their well being.
