Carolyn Johnson from the Frederick office handled my case for me and was absolutely amazing. She treated me with all the respect in the world even though I was 20 years old at the time. She took her position very seriously and was amazing to work with. This firm took great care of me in 2007.

Never judge a book by its cover. Part 2 This firm cost me my recovery income, and a settlement. Lied to me , Lied to a Grievance Commission , Left me to deal with the Insurance company on my own. Because there was no settlement $, due to their own lack of getting it done in a timely manner. Even the attorney from the insurance company said to ask them for their malpractice information. I did that. They never responded to me as their usual practice. My surgery was to be April 2020.then Covid hit. Now since Covid, I am still suffering and in pain from an old accident, a year later, all because this Firm didn't do their job apun my first contact to them, and dropped me when I needed them most. They deserve to be sued. If there's an Attorney out there willing to take the job Feel free to contact me. And I suggest run in another direction if this firm solicits your needs. Bruce And Erin It was sad for me to deal with them. And the countless paralegals on one case. All made this a nightmare for me and it's still not over ..to be continued ..

Mr. Ingerman was EXCELLENT!! He took the time to listen and understand my concerns with my Workers Compensation case and helped me tremendously through a difficult time in my life. EVERYONE SHOULD USE INGERMAN & HORWITZ!!!

I regret ever hiring this firm. Will never again. Especially Mr. Shwartz. Extremely rude, insensitive to what you and your family is going through. This has been a nightmare experience. Especially if you're going against liberty mutual in a workers comp case, he is in their pocket.

I was very pleased with the way my case was handle. I normally get strung along by lawyers and they take long to settle a simple case.They acted like my case needed a year to settle .Not with Mr.Ingerman and Horwitz.They did the work in a 4 month time frame. I recommend them to every one and i now have a go to lawyer.
