I found myself in a situation where I had to hire an attorney for my brother whom had been arrested. I did some research searching for a specific type of attorney. Silverman & Thompson was one of four on my list, which I narrowed down to two. I reached out to both, had a very specific list of questions. Mr Seidel promptly returned my call, asked a few questions and then asked me to “tell him what happened with my brother”. He listened without interruption. When I finished, very emotionally, he then said to me, “it’s ok, things are often perceived as they actually aren’t. I think I will be able to help you out with your brothers situation.”. We agreed to proceed with representation, he immediately began working reaching out to me for a few details as my brother resides out of state however was arrested I’m Maryland. Mr Seidel would always respond to any questions I would have, either by email or conversation (depending on my availability). He was honest and forthcoming with advise and information as case progressed, has worked in the Baltimore County system, therefore he ia very knowledgeable of the” judiciary staff” and is also very honest about his feelings weather they be positive or negatives. At the conclusion, he was very supportive and matter of fact about what my brother needed to do moving forward and even helped facilitate making out of state arrangements upon my brothers release. I will/would highly recommend his representation.
